You're ten years old. A plastic gun bolted to the cabinet, three minutes on the clock, and the whole world shrinking down to the screen in front of you. Reloading by aiming at the floor. Flinching at every shot. That was the arcade — and nothing else felt quite like it.
Then the old CRTs went to landfill, flat screens moved in, and the light guns went dark. The games never went anywhere — but the way to actually play them did. A whole genre quietly vanished from living rooms everywhere.
We're two friends who grew up on those cabinets, and we spent years trying to get the feeling back. Hunting down old CRTs online. Dodgy adapters. Light guns that swore they "work on any TV" and absolutely did not. Nothing ever felt like the real thing.
So we built it ourselves.
